Red Chops

Ingredients

  • Meat ยผ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1ยฝ Tbsp
  • Chillie powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ยฝ tsp
  • Oil 2 Tbs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients with just enough water to cover the meat and let it cook for 6-7 whistles in a cooker or till meat is tenderly cooked.
  2. Switch off the gas and let the cooker stand for 5 minutes without removing the steam.
  3. After 5 minutes open the lid and add 1 Tbsp of vinegar to the meat and let it dry.
  4. Switch off the gas once the required dryness is obtained (totally dry).
