Red Chops
Ingredients
- Meat ยผ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1ยฝ Tbsp
- Chillie powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ยฝ tsp
- Oil 2 Tbs
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients with just enough water to cover the meat and let it cook for 6-7 whistles in a cooker or till meat is tenderly cooked.
- Switch off the gas and let the cooker stand for 5 minutes without removing the steam.
- After 5 minutes open the lid and add 1 Tbsp of vinegar to the meat and let it dry.
- Switch off the gas once the required dryness is obtained (totally dry).
