Red Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken (whole) 1 kg.
  • Onion 2 nos.
  • Garlic 20 cloves
  • Green Chilies 2 nos.
  • Tomato Sauce ยพ cup
  • Salt to taste According to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken well. Grind together garlic and green chilies.
  2. Marinate chicken in this paste for 20 minutes.
  3. Cut onions in rings and fry them in 2 tbsp of oil till it turns a little darker than pink.
  4. Add the marinated chicken, salt, tomato sauce and ยผ cup of water.
  5. Cook till chicken is done. Increase heat and dry the gravy a little and of course, serve hot.
