Chicken Fry
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 2 tbsp
- Chillie powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil
- Salt According to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken into desirable pieces.
- Bring all the ingredients to a paste and to a boil with little water. Add chicken. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until chicken well done.
- Add dry fenugreek leaves at the end. No gravy should be left at the end.
- In a hot skillet 2 tbsp oil, fry Chicken till brown.
- Garnish with onions and tomatoes.
