Pudina Chutney

Ingredients

  • Pudina 3-4 cups (leaves only)
  • Green chillies 2
  • Garlic 2-3 pods
  • Tamarind 1 small lump (should be soaked in some water)
  • Salt to taste ยฝ tsp
  • Sugar ยฝ tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind all the ingredients in a mixie to a fine paste. Do not use water because the pudina and tamarind will release enough water to grind to a smooth paste.

Notes

This chutney can be used as a sandwich spread or eaten with chapatti
