Red Chili Powder Chutney

Ingredients

  • Chili powder 2 Tbsp
  • Tamarind 1 Tbsp (soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
  • Garlic 3-4 pods (crushed)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixie jar add chili powder.
  2. To this add salt, garlic pods and the soaked tamarind.
  3. Grind it to a smooth paste.

Notes

To maintain the spiciness, add or reduce the chili powder accordingly.
