Red Chili Powder Chutney
Ingredients
- Chili powder 2 Tbsp
- Tamarind 1 Tbsp (soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
- Garlic 3-4 pods (crushed)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a mixie jar add chili powder.
- To this add salt, garlic pods and the soaked tamarind.
- Grind it to a smooth paste.
Notes
To maintain the spiciness, add or reduce the chili powder accordingly.
