Crab Fry
Ingredients
For marination
- Crabs 1 kg (washed thoroughly and keep to drain out excess water)
- Ginger garlic paste 2-3 tsp
- Chillie powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1ยฝ tsp
- Oil 1 Tbsp (for marination of the crabs)
- Vinegar 2 Tbsp
For frying
- Oil 1 cup (for deep frying)
Instructions
- Marinate the crabs with all the marination ingredients. Keep it aside for a minimum of half an hour for the ingredients to get into the crabs.
- Add the oil to a deep kadai/wok and let it get hot.
- Gradually add the crabs into the oil and fry on both sides. It should be ready in 10 minutes of frying.
- Remove the crabs from the oil and keep it on a kitchen towel to drain off the excess oil.
