Dosakai Chutney (Yellow Cucumber)
Ingredients
- Dosakai ยฝ kg
- Cumin powder ยฝ tsp
- Mustard powder ยฝ tsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Methi powder 1 pinch
- Curry leaves 2 stalks
- Dry red chili 3-4
- Cumin seeds ยฝ tsp
- Mustard seeds ยฝ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2 Tbsp
Instructions
- Cut the dosakai into small pieces and keep aside.
- In a kadai, heat the oil and add the seeds. Let it fry till it splutters.
- Add the curry leaves and dry chillies.
- Then add the chili powder.
- Add the dosakai, jeera, rai powders and salt.
- Let it fry till tender and then remove from fire.
