Pudina Chutney
Ingredients
- Pudina 3-4 cups (leaves only)
- Green chillies 2
- Garlic 2-3 pods
- Tamarind 1 small lump (should be soaked in some water)
- Salt to taste ยฝ tsp
- Sugar ยฝ tsp
Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixie to a fine paste. Do not use water because the pudina and tamarind will release enough water to grind to a smooth paste.
Notes
This chutney can be used as a sandwich spread or eaten with chapatti
